Application procedure

1. 1Apply in the prescribed form available through RJSMS.
2. 2Submit the duly completed form by the stipulated date under University and Odisha Government norms.
3. 3Attach all required certificates, documents and photographs.
4. 4Admission is merit-based and follows the prescribed admission rules.

Documents required

• ✓Attested photocopies of certificates and mark sheets from matriculation onward; originals must be produced for verification.
• ✓College Leaving Certificate, Conduct Certificate and, for outside-state students, Migration Certificate in original.
• ✓Six passport-size photographs and two stamp-size photographs.
• ✓Original admission intimation letter issued by the school.
• ✓General declaration and parent or guardian undertaking in the prescribed form.
